List Saint Mary as a beneficiary of your personal property such as special collections (art, stamps, coins), royalty interests, mineral rights, etc. It is best to make sure said property is included in your will. Royalties and mineral rights might provide the option to list Saint Mary as beneficiary through a paid-on-death (POD) or transfer-on-death (TOD) option. However, be sure to include in your will, too.

Your real estate and/or vehicle including your home, vacation home, farmland, car, truck, motorcycle, etc. can also be left to Saint Mary.

If you own real estate or vehicles in any of the states listed below, you can use a transfer on death deed (TODD). Check with your county treasurer鈥檚 office. In most states, a form for each real estate or motor vehicle needs to be completed.

States offering a TODD are: AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, DC, HI, IL, IN, KS, ME, MN, MO, MS, MT, NE, NV, NM, ND, OH, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY
