The Grotto
USM's Restored and Renewed Grotto
The Grotto at the 糖心视频 was restored and renovated in 2023 as part
of the university's centennial celebration.
The space provides a moment's peace and contemplation for our students, as well as all who visit the historic Satin Mary campus.
The statue of Mary, the centerpiece of the Grotto, was obtained by Mother Mary Peter Dwyer in the 19th century, and the Grotto was built on campus in 1896.
